Great news for the new MXGP/MX2 season. Throughout 2022 Comisa will also be the official sponsor of the Red Bull GASGAS Factory Racing team, supporting the riders:
Of course, Comisa will keep supporting the Red Bull KTM Factory Racing Team as before, with Jeffrey Herlings in the MXGP premier class and Tom Vialle in MX2. We just have to wait and see what accomplishments they will achieve in the next season!
Confindustria Brescia General Assembly will be held on Monday, October 18th.
Comisa will host the assembly, putting our spaces at disposal for the annual meeting in which the restart of the Brescia companies will be discussed and which our president Federico De Lisi will also participate in.
The event will take place inside the new Comisa production area in Pisogne, site still under construction, as a symbol of the restart of the Brescia industry.
We are proud to host this event!
Introducing a new product is the result of in-depth research and constant improvement: the new Comisa distribution manifolds with lower flow bar are exactly the result of this commitment.
Starting from October, the new configurations for the distribution manifolds are available both in brass and stainless steel, and they will come in a brand new structure:
This was designed to offer a practical alternative to use in any installation and to facilitate the assembly of electro-thermal heads.
But this is not all! We added
which will make it simpler to install the manifolds even in the smaller spaces, such as boxes that are as deep as 80mm. It will be enough to adjust the second fixing nut to flex the bracket in the lower part to simplify any installation intervention.

2020 has challenged many people and organizations. This peculiar year was quite demanding, but at the same time, it showed us that we can learn from difficulty.
Precisely in this 2020 Comisa has been able to adapt to change and take the opportunity to renew itself and learn at least two fundamental lessons: the importance of continuing to invest in the future and the value of the people the company is made of.
In the past 10 years, our company growth in terms of turnover has led to significant investments in Technology, in order to ensure levels of automation that can guarantee the high quality of our products. The new challenge that awaits us is to grow even further… How?
This year, Comisa has acquired a new area made of 10.200 square meters of indoor surface in Pisogne (Brescia), right next to the Costa Volpino (Bergamo) production area. Our objective is to profit from this new investment to increase our production capacity by 2.5 times by building:
3.500 mq for the new semi-automated warehouse
2.100 mq for the new logistics area
5.700 mq for the new assembly department
2.900 mq for the new components’ storage area
800 mq for the cafeteria and the employees’ locker rooms
1000 mq for the new offices

Want to know something exciting about 2021?
Our adventure with Red Bull KTM Factory Racing carries on as we renewed the adrenaline partnership that bonded us in 2018.
We will keep supporting our pilots in MXGP – Tony Cairoli, Jeffrey Herlings e Jorge Prado, new to the category – and in MX2 – Tom Vialle and Rene Hofer, who had joined the championship in 2020. This year, a new member becomes part of our team – Mattia Guadagnini, the 18-year-old from Bassano del Grappa who will race alongside Tom Vialle and Rene Hofer in MX2.
Mattia Guadagnini: “Joining the KTM family is a dream come true to me, specifically being part of the De Carli team, as I grew up watching Tony’s races. […] I have always thought ‘one day I want to be there and fight in the world championship too’, now the day has come and I am incredibly happy. I like the way they work, they are a big family and spend a lot of time together. Having Tony and Jorge as teammates will also be awesome. I will be able to learn so much and I believe I have what it takes to work on my objectives for the future!”
We are also excited to see what this 2021 will bring, and we are looking forward to finding out what our racers have in store for us. We wish them a championship full of victories!

We are opening this 2021 with some important news for Comisa!
Here is the new C-Mag, the magnetic dirt separator filter for domestic use that guarantees continuous boiler protection.
Super compact and easy to install and maintain, the dirt separator reduces risk of corrosion by retaining the impurities within the system, preventing their circulation.
Particle pollution caused by rust and sand can in fact preclude the correct functioning of a thermal system.
With C-Mag, corrosion and scales will not be an issue again and the life of the system will be extended!
Comisa has always established the objective of enhancing the internal production process to guarantee maximum results. The quality of selected materials and final products is key in reaching this goal.
But how does this process begin? The orders that are collected, once programmed on the machines and confirmed, are sent to the departments, where the operators manage them from the GBOX control monitors.
A simple but fundamental process to manage production in real-time!

As of November 2020, Comisa takes part in the exclusive ELITE Network, alongside 18 other Italian companies that can be considered as ambassadors of the “Made in Italy” concept. ELITE, private market of the London Stock Exchange Group, is an international community made of over 1400 SMEs selected in 45 countries and tagged with the quality seal.
Through ELITE’s partner “Imprese Vincenti”, program provided by Intesa Sanpaolo that enhances SMEs, Comisa joins the team, accessing a virtuous ecosystem which sets professional growth as the main objective.
Not only does ELITE confer a prestigeous status to the organization, but it also provides a training program that focuses on strategy and finance, designed to initiate the company to capital markets, facilitate internationalization and intercept new opportunities when it comes to awareness, therefore accelerating the firm’s growth. Comisa takes this path in order to transform its vision and strategic plans, with the aim of reaching results and facilitating its growth.
Comisa is proud of this milestone and is taking on this path as a challenge to grow even further!
Comisa continues to invest in production logistic processes, integrating two new vertical storages in addition to the existing one.
What is a vertical storage?
The vertical storage is an automatic system used to store and move tools which are useful for the production process in the short and long term: moulds, pressing components, mechanical parts and tools. The vertical distribution of the tools, combined with the automatic functioning of the storages, allows for an efficient organization, a fast recovery of the items and a significant reduction of the space used for storing.
How does it work?
In the vertical storage, each item is placed inside sliding drawers, which move vertically onto the rails and within the storage. When the operator needs an item, he requests it from the control panel and the drawer containing such item is automatically brought to the point of collection, where the tool can be easily picked up.
With Modula, Comisa has eased the operators’ work and speeded up the processes to mould plumbing components, maximizing the space usage and facilitating the access to the tools.
